America is a Certified P90X, Insanity & Turbo Kick Live Instructor and has been an intructor at MTZ since August 2014.
Karen Perez is Certified in Turbo Kick & Insanity Live and has been a part of our team since 2016.
Yari is Certified in Zumba and Insanity Live and joined the MTZ team in 2018. Although her passion is dancing, The Queen of Zumba can Dig Deep.
