  • Meet Llyda Martinez, CEO of MTZ Studio/Train Insane Fitness.  Llyda  has been a Fitness Professional since 2002 part time but it wasn't until she got certified as an INSANITY LIVE Instructor that changed her life. Her love for the Insanity Live format led to working full time opening the doors to MTZ STUDIO/TRAIN INSANE FITNESS CENTER in May 2014. With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, Llyda has been helping individuals of all ages to achieve their goals and has inspired them to make health and fitness a priority for themselves.  Llyda was featured as one of the Top Fitness Pros of 2018 in the Houston Chronicle.
